Event-Specific Needs:

  1. Venue Donations:

    • Free venues in Southern California that can accommodate up to 25 participants for Riders 1st Responders First Aid/CPR Certification classes.

  2. KCF Branded Chairs:

    • Donations of 2-4 custom-branded KCF chairs for events like Ride Days and fundraisers.

  3. USMCA Certified Coach Services:

    • In-kind coaching services from USMCA Certified Coaches to teach at the Free Dirt Bike Beginner Skills Class for Ride Day attendees.

  4. Volunteer Hours from Partner Companies:

    • Support from companies offering paid volunteer time off (VTO) to assist with event operations.

  5. Raffle Prize Items:

    • Product donations like motorcycle gear (helmets, gloves, jackets), accessories (goggles, boots, etc.), parts (brakes, tires, handlebars), and services (e.g., repairs, tune-ups).

    • Gift cards or adventure/travel/VIP experiences for raffles and auctions.

  6. Special Auction Items:

    • Unique rider memorabilia (signed jerseys, helmets, gear, etc.) for auctions to attract high-value bids.

  7. Event Supplies:

    • Tents, tables, and branded giveaways for events.

    • Food and beverages for event attendees, volunteers, and staff.

Office and Administrative Needs:

  1. Volunteers:

    • Volunteers to assist with raffle prize pickup, social media coverage during events, and other administrative tasks.

  2. Tablets:

    • Shopify tablets, iPads or similar devices to assist with event registration, merchandise sales, and check-ins.

  3. Printing Services:

    • Printing services for event flyers, handouts, brochures, and marketing materials.

  4. Graphic Design Services:

    • In-kind graphic design services to create marketing materials such as event flyers, posters, and social media content.

  5. Social Media Marketing Assistance:

    • Help with managing social media posts, live updates, and campaigns for events and fundraising efforts.

Education and Training Needs:

  1. AHA Certified Instructors:

    • American Heart Association (AHA) Certified Instructors to donate their time for First Aid/CPR training outside of the Southern California region.

Travel and Logistical Support:

  1. Travel Vouchers and Lodging:

    • Travel vouchers (airline or gas cards) or lodging accommodations for staff or participants traveling to events or training sessions.

  2. Transportation Services:

    • Assistance with transportation, including shuttle services for participants or shipping/delivery of equipment to event locations.

Media and Content Creation:

  1. Photography/Videography Services:

    • In-kind photography or videography services for capturing event highlights, rider training, or special foundation activities.

  2. Video Production Equipment:

    • Donations of video production equipment like cameras, lighting, or drones for capturing aerial footage during Ride Days or events.

  3. Media Crew Volunteers:

    • Volunteers or professionals to assist with video editing, content creation, or live streaming during events.

Raffle and Auction Items:

  1. Motorcycle Sweepstakes Donations:

    • Donated motorcycles, accessories, or custom parts for sweepstakes or auctions.

  2. Unique Experiences:

    • Adventure-related experiences, VIP tours, or riding experiences that appeal to your audience for auctions or raffles.
